Anchor Hour is a weekly, in-person hour where you can return to yourself again and again – a simple, steady practice of nervous system care in a cozy, intimate space. Step into a room that feels safe and nurturing (not a big studio). Be part of a group of no more than 8 people. Settle into stillness and receive a blend of Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy.
