We’ll glide through calm, quiet waters at an easy pace, letting the rhythm of the paddle clear out any leftover stress and sleepy thoughts. Along the way, you’ll get simple, playful prompts to tune into your breath, your body, and the beauty around you. We’ll pause at a peaceful spot on the water for a guided meditation that helps you feel more awake, lit up, and connected—to yourself, to nature, and to the group. Gentle energy work will be woven in to amplify the good vibes, so you leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and wide open to a really good day.

Come to laugh, exhale, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive first thing in the morning.

We’ll begin with a short, focused meditation to gently guide you out of your busy mind and back into your body, attuning you to the natural rhythm of the beach. Gentle acupressure will melt away tension and invite a felt sense of peace.

From there, you’ll slip into an easy, zero‑pressure group watercolor play session—no art experience needed. We’ll simply let color and water drift, pool, and mingle like the gentle currents of the sea, treating it as pure experiment rather than a finished “project.” If you can hold a brush, you can do this.

Through simple seated and standing yoga postures, mindful movement, and nourishing breath awareness, we’ll cultivate grounding, ease, and a deeper sense of calm. You’ll leave with your watercolor flow as a tangible reminder of your own power to move with the shifting currents of the sea—and of your life.

Weekly beach gathering to practice the magic of staying with the moment you’re in—so it becomes the way you move through the rest of your life.

Together on the sand, we slow down, listen to the waves, and let the sea, sky, and breath bring you back to yourself. At the water’s edge, I’ll lead a grounding guided meditation and offer gentle acupressure to help your body soften, unwind, and your whole being arrive fully in the now. Receive a channeled group message that leaves you feeling anchored, calm, and supported.

Bring a towel and beach chair with you and dress in layers. In case of unfavorable weather, we will meet indoors at Reiki Shores’ new location, 312 Long Beach Rd., Island Park.
