Erin Pedone is a certified Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master, Akashic Records Practitioner, and owner of Reiki Shores in Island Park, NY. She specializes in helping clients regulate their nervous system, release emotional patterns held in the body, and reconnect with their own inner guidance. Erin’s work bridges subtle energy practices with a grounded understanding of stress, trauma, and the mind–body connection, offering a safe and evidence‑informed approach to holistic healing.

Erin’s path as a practitioner began with her own healing. In 2009, after leaving a toxic and destructive relationship, she turned to meditation, acupuncture, and holistic nutrition to rebuild her life. As her mind, body, and spirit began to repair, her intuitive gifts emerged more clearly, and she felt called to support others through their own transformation.

In 2018, Erin received her Level I Reiki attunement and went on to complete her training as a Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Master, and Akashic Records Practitioner. That same year, on the beaches of Long Beach, NY, she began hosting sunset meditation and healing circles, creating accessible spaces for people to experience nervous system regulation, emotional release, and spiritual connection in community.

Her practice evolved from home sessions to virtual distance healings during the COVID lockdowns, and then into a local wellness center. In 2023, Erin opened Reiki Shores, a dedicated healing space that is now home to several healers, therapists, and coaches. Reiki Shores was created as a collaborative, heart‑centered environment where clients can receive multidimensional support—emotional, energetic, and practical—as they navigate stress, life transitions, and deeper soul work.

Erin believes that the answers to our healing process are already held within the wisdom of the body and soul. Her intention is to provide a regulated, compassionate space where clients can access that wisdom more clearly, feel safe in their own bodies, and step into greater love, purpose, health, and freedom in their everyday lives.
